Biography

Yu-Hsin (Xenia) Huang is a Ph.D. candidate in Management at Taipei Tech. Her research explores AI-enabled service experiences and human–AI interaction, focusing on how AI characteristics influence service quality, user engagement, and decision-making in digital service contexts. She has presented her research at international conferences, including AIRSI 2025: The Metaverse Conference and AG Marketing. She holds a master’s degree in Biotechnology and Management from the University of Glasgow, UK, and has professional experience in business development within the clinical research industry.
